Notes
Remarks: We would agree with Ancey (1893f: 138) that the introduction of the name by Letourneux & Bourguignat (1887: 108) was not accompanied by a valid description. Furthermore their citation of an 1884 publication by Letourneux is probably an error as we can find no trace of this paper. Type evidence: The NMW lot has an Ancey type label with the correct collector and type locality. The Geret sales list confirms that a lot of three type specimens was sold, it is listed to Connolly but it has Tomlin’s initials by it.
