Notes
[Additional notes from lists held by LIVCM.] beddoeanus Pr. Naga Hills ex Preston [biro ink annotation] Cyclophorus Paratype. Label of Tomlin according to N. F. McMillan on 11.10.1985. Ian Wallace on 11.7.2001 did wonder about the biro annotation which looks in a different hand as being of Tomlin, which is implied by N. F. McMillan's card entry. The description makes no mention of type numbers or where a type is deposited and this is not one of the species dealt with by Schouteden, 1936. The type is probably in th Museum at Tervueren, but this is not published as far as Ian Wallace is aware so these must be regarded as syntypes. (Note by Ian Wallace, 20.9.2004).
