Notes
C. caurica v. oblongata Melv. Philippines &c. These specimens fit the size cited. These come from the Standen/Jackson collection and that Standen was the co-worker with Melvill on many new descriptions is presumably why N. F. McMillan speculates that these coulld be types. Trew, in her book on Melvill and his types says she was not able to locate any type specimens (Note by Ian Wallace, 28.5.2013)
