Notes
Melvill, 1891 clearly stated that this specimen from Cholmondeley's collection in Owens College, Manchester "...is at present the only specimen known", it is therefore the holotype fixed by monotypy (ICZN Article 73.1.2) and also the figured specimen. The specimen has 'type' written on the box, is from the type locality and ex Cholmondeley collection.
