Notes
The locality and collector information has been inferred from the paper as there is no information present with the specimen. There is no indication that the original description was based on a single specimen. Both Trew, 1987 and McGhie, 2008 listed this specimen as a holotype; in accordance with ICZN Art. 74.6 this is an indirect lectotype selection by inference of holotype (Trew, 1987: 49). There is no indication on the specimen label that this is the figured material (as there is with other Manchester Museum material), but it does have a very good likeness to the original figure so in all likelihood it is this specimen.
