Notes
The locality and collector information has been inferred from the paper as there is no information present with the specimen. Originally a figured syntype with Melvill & Standen, 1896 referring to "a few specimens" in their original description. Later designated as the lectotype in Kilburn, 1992: 505. McGhie, 2008 also refers to 2 syntypes EE.7748, which should be considered paralectotypes.
