MUSSELp webpage states that the figured syntype is in Paris (MNHN_MP_0139), accompanied by an image of that specimen. There is no reference to type on the label on the Leeds material, but that the specimen is from Chaper's collection, from the broad type locality. Drouet & Chaper, 1892 state that there were numerous examples, so we list the Leeds specimen as a Possible Syntype.
