Notes
Leeds material has one label from Kabat stating: Possible paralectotype (lectotype - NHM1990045/1) AR Kabat 2 July 2012. Plus two others (unidentified) stating 'Hanley types', and 'syntype?' This agrees with Coan & Kabat, 2012 who state that there is a lectotype and paralectotype at the NHM, and one possible paralectotype in Leeds. There is no reference to a 'type' in Hanley's handwritten catalogue.
