Notes
Coan & Kabat, 2012 state: NHMUK 20120186, two syntypes; Leeds Museum, possible syntype 1957.173.1861. Leeds material does not have a Hanley label although there is evidence that there was once one attached to the specimen. Writing on the bottom of the box states 'Hanley Coll. No. 4 in list', referring to the number in Hanley's handwritten catalogue. There is no mention of 'type' in this catalogue, just the initial LCM.
