Notes
Coan & Kabat, 2012 state that Kleeman designated a lectotype from NHM (NHMUK 1907.10.28.52; NHMUK 1907.10.28.53 paralectotype; Leeds Museum 1957.173.24634, three paralectotypes. Leeds specimens have a Hanley 'type' label and this is reiterated in Hanley's catalogue. There are 2 additional notes, an older one stating: None of these may be the figd syntype? To be verified SW 9/79'. NB. Hanley, 1843 states locality as 'S. America', but Coan & Kabat, 2012 have kept with Cebu, as given in the earlier citation.
