Notes
Crowley & Pain, 1959 state: The designated type specimen (No. 5072) together with numerous paratypes (Mus. nos 5050-5075) are at Tervuren Museum. Leeds material bears the number 5065, and appears to be ex. Tervuren material. It has a Crowley type label, and although the locality on the label is different, it was collected by Tonneau. This specimen is therefore one of the many paratypes mentioned in the paper.
