Notes
Harasewych et al. 2007 state that Maynard did not base his description on one specimen, and therefore all material examined can be classed as part of the type series (1,052 specimens in total). They go on to designate a lectotype lot from MCZ (MCZ_76336). They state that all other specimens can be considered paralectotypes including MCZ 357003 and now also the Leeds specimen. For details comments regarding the date of description see Haresewych et al. 2007. Leeds specimen is ex. Crowley collection, and the Leeds database states that it is also ex Maynard. Label states that it is ex. Liverpool 1988, where lots of Maynard's collection is. There is a photocopy of an original label from Tomlin stating that the specimen is a paratype, Crowley's label states that this is a paratype. It is from the type locality.
