Notes
Crowley et al., 1964 identify a holotype specimen in the paper and state that it is in the Musée Royal de l'Afrique Centrale (R.G. Moll, 793224), and list a series of paratypes. Leeds material has a Crowley label, paratype is stated on the label, they are from the type locality. Two of the specimens fit the measurements of those listed in the paper very well, one is slightly larger.
