Notes
Crowley & Pain, 1970 state: Holotype (MRAC); paratypes (BMNH, Liverpool Mus., Crowley & Pain coll. They list a series of paratypes in the paper, the Leeds specimen matches the dimensions for number 4, and is also figured in the paper. Leeds material has a Crowley label stating paratype, was collected by R. Kemp and is from the type locality.
