Notes
Pain & Pain, 1967 state that the holotype is in Pain's collection. This lot is now at NMW (NMW.Z.1981.118.00149) and is the specimen figured in the paper. The Leeds specimen is one of the paratype lots listed in the paper. It has a Pain label stating the correct type locality, it also refers to T. C. coll. (Terry Crowley collection). There is a Crowley label stating paratype, ex. T. P. (T. Pain collection). The specimen closely matches the measurements for one of the paratype specimens listed in the original citation, listed as being in Crowley's collection.
