Notes
Biggs, 1936 states that the Holotype is in his collection; paratypes in the Brit. Museum (NHM). There is a record online that states that the holotype is now also at the NHM. In NMW's copy of Biggs, 1936 there is a note stating that there are also paratypes in the NMW collections. Leeds material is from Crowley's collection, have a paratype label and are from the type locality. From the NMW example above, it may be possible that there is other paratype material not stated by Biggs in the paper, so the Leeds specimens are possible paratypes.
