Notes
Holyoak & Seddon, 1985 state: Besides the holotype (lodged in the National Museum of Wales, Cardiff as NMW.Z.1984.088.00001), 60 paratypes from the same locality. Leeds specimen has a Seddon label stating paratype and is from the type locality. It is not one of the figured specimens from the original citation.
