Collecting details:
Possible syntype. From type locality, leg. H. Cuming, and no material not present at NHMUK (fide notes by P. Mordan, fide J. Ablett 2017). Two other shells (NEWHM:HANM.9006 / 2016.H73) of H. sagittifera "var.", from "Philippines" and also leg. H. Cuming, are only dubiously types.
