Notes
Six specimens were seen by Tomlin when reviewing the types in 1940, this is reiterated in McMillan 1985, who states that there are 6 syntypes. Cernohorsky, 1984 chose one specimen from this group and designated it the lectotype, also figuring it in the paper and giving measurements (length 8.1 mm, width 4.7 mm). There is one specimen in the lot that matches these measurements and the figure, this has been separated into a gelatine capsule. The remaining specimens are paralectotypes.
