Notes

The original description does not give an indication of the number of specimens. Tomlin did not indicate how many specimens when reviewing the types in 1940, McMillan 1985, states that there are 5 syntypes. Cernohorsky, 1984 chose one specimen from this group of five and designated it the lectotype, figuring it in the paper and giving measurements (length 9.6 mm, width 5.3 mm). There is one specimen in the lot that matches these measurements and the figure, this has been separated into a gelatine capsule. The remaining specimens are paralectotypes.
