It is not clear how many specimens were involved in the description. Note by IanWallace, 17.9.2004: This was one of the group of species that Marrat said were mainly represented by single specimens (p. 77), but frustratingly some were represented by more specimens, but it is not clear which ones. Irrespective, McMillan, 1985 claims this is a holotype but lectotype is safer. Cernohorsky, 1984 states that the holotype is in Liverpool (he figures the specimen and gives measurements: length 16.7 mm, width 9.0 mm). As this pre-dates McMillan, he must take the credit for designating this as a figured lectotype.
