Wood & Gallichan, 2008: Type material: Syntype:- ‘Type’ NMW.1955.158.24174 1 spec. (e) Type locality: Santa Cruz de la Sierra [Germain] Type evidence: The NMW specimen has an Ancey type label, it was collected by Germain and is from the type locality. Geret’s sales list confirms a type from Ancey’s collection went to Tomlin. It should be noted that there are measurements of one shell in the description and that this specimen closely matches these.
