Notes
Wood & Gallichan, 2008: Type material: Possible Syntypes:- ‘Cotype’ NMW.1955.158.24195 1 spec. (e); RBINS.10591 1 spec. (e); BPBM.56200 2 spec. (ne); BPBM.56202 2 spec. (ne); BPBM.109723 5 spec. (ne) Type locality: Waimea, Hawaii [Prof. Lyons] Remarks: Not listed in Johnson (1996). Type evidence: The BPBM material listed above follows Barker et al. (in sched.) and was all collected by Lyons. The NMW lot has an Ancey label with a later addition by Geret stating it is a cotype and giving the general locality of ‘I. Hawaii’. Geret’s sales list complements this and there is also a Tomlin ex Ancey label. The RBINS lot has no type or cotype label but provides much more accurate type locality and collector information on an Ancey label.
